Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

RETURN Policy

We at Rookie USA, endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed,

however, returns and exchanges are allowed only under three circumstances:

  1. If the customer has ordered the wrong size

  2. If the product is wrongfully delivered that means the delivered product does not match the item in the order confirmation

  3. If the product has a manufacturing defect

For above given circumstances, the return policy is as under:

Or

  1. Customer can also inform the customer care at WhatsApp number +91-9711084717 between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm or can email at customercare@rookieindia.com within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product, failing to which the return will not be initiated

  2. Customer shall return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product, failing to which return will not be considered

  3. All the tags and barcodes affixed to the products must be intact, the product must be in unused condition and should not be washed

  4. The sales invoice must be sent along with the products, failing to which company shall not be liable to process any return

  5. In case of bulk order, if there are one or two products which are wrong in size, or wrongly delivered, or have manufacturing defect, then only that particular product has to be returned

  6. Customer shall be informed of the quality result within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product from the customer

  7. In case the size of the product is incorrect, then the customer shall be delivered with the same product with the correct size

  8. In case the quality results determine that the product is wrongly delivered, then the customer shall be delivered with ordered product

  9. In case the quality result determines that there is no manufacturing defect, then the same product shall be returned to the customer

  10. In case the quality result determines that there is a manufacturing defect, then the customer shall be delivered with the fresh stock of the ordered product

  11. In case of any of the above situation, if we are unable to deliver the product, then the customer shall be issued with a credit code with 1-month validity from the date of issue which can be redeemed on rookieindia.com only

  12. Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores

  13. Cash Return / Bank transfer is not applicable on discounted products. 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • We accept order cancellation request only if the order is placed and is not shipped

  • Customer can make the cancellation request by informing the customer care at WhatsApp number +91-9711084717 between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm or can email at customercare@rookieindia.com

DISCLAIMER

  • We at Rookie USA, reserves the right to change the policy from time to time without prior intimation to the customers. Prior transactions between Rookie USA and customer shall continue to be governed by policy existing at the time of the original transaction

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi
