      Haddad, RJ Corp Haddad Brands created a retail concept in 2011 known as Rookie USA, which is a kids only retail destination, offering a head-to-toe selection of the most premium kid's sports and lifestyle apparel from the biggest brands - Levi's, Nike, Jordan, Converse, Hurley and Hummel.

    2. Why should I buy from Rookie USA and are the products genuine?

      Rookie USA offers consumers a collection of iconic brands and focuses on age category between 1-16 years old with an emphasis on apparel, accessories and footwear.

      Our collection is 100% imported as the garments are manufactured under strict quality control as defined by the Haddad Brand and meet all safety parameters. Our garments go through stringent laboratory tests, to ensure safety of your child from harmful chemicals and are 100% genuine.

    3. What is the minimum order value required to place an order?

      At present there is no minimum order value required to place an order.

    4. What if the placed product is defected or damaged?

      In case the placed product is defected or damaged, the customer can inform by sending us an e-mail or can make a return request on our website. For detailed information regarding return request, refer our return policy.

    5. Within how many days will my placed be delivered?

      Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will get your order withing 5-7 working days.

    6. How do I know my order is confirmed? Mention message, welcome mail, etc

      Once you have placed the order, you will get a confirmation message and an e-mail mentioning the details of the order on your given mobile number and e-mail id, respectively, entered at the time of filling in your details.

    7. What are the payment options I have, to place an order?

      You can either go for ‘cash on delivery’ method or you can make a ‘prepaid order’ by paying through debit/credit card.

    8. What is COD?

      COD means Cash on Delivery.

    9. Is it safe to use my debit/credit card for the payment on the website?

      Yes. We do not share or disclose the card details with anyone. We have tied up with PayU as a payment gateway partner, for secure payment. PayU serves more than 4.5 Lacs merchants with more than 100 payment methods and is the preferred payments partner for nearly 60% of the e-commerce merchants, including all leading e-commerce companies and a majority of airline businesses.

    10. What all card information I have to submit while placing an order?

      On the payment gateway page, you have to fill in the following card information:

      • Card Number
      • Expiry Date of the card
      • Name on the Card
      • CVV number

    11. Are there any hidden charges?

      There are no extra/hidden charges. The amount which is shown while placing the order is the final amount and the GST is also included in the total amount.

    12. What is GST and how much percentage it is charged?

      GST means Goods and Service Tax. We charge 5% GST on order upto Rs 1000/ and 12% GST on order above Rs 1000/ on apparel and on footwear we charge 5% GST on order upto Rs 1000/ and 18% GST on order above Rs 1000/. Note GST is inclusive in our amount.

    13. How do I get GST input tax credit? Mention GST Refund

      You can avail the GST input tax credit by filling the GST number with other details while placing the order. You will get the GST invoice with the placed order.

    14. How are the products packed?

      For product packaging, we use butter paper and a Rookie USA sticker as a first layer and Rookie USA polybag with invoice as a second layer of packaging along with a Thank you card.

    15. What if the packaging is damaged or opened?

      Customer can return the order if the packaging is damaged or opened.

    16. What if I am unavailable at the time of the delivery?

      In case the customer is not available at the time of delivery, our shipping agency will make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In all the 3 attempts, if the customer is unavailable then the product will be returned to the company. 

    17. In case of queries where should I contact?

      The customer can contact us at customercare@rookieusa.in. 

    18. How do I cancel the placed order?

      Mention duration

      Customer can make the cancellation request by informing the customer care at customercare@rookieusa.in. Note: We accept order cancellation request within 12 hours, only if the order is placed and is not shipped. 

    19. Can I exchange the placed order, in case of wrong size?

      In case of wrong size, the customer will be delivered with correct size. No exchanges will be entertained with placed order. 

    20. Can I exchange the online placed product from nearby Rookie USA stores?

      No, products which are bought online cannot be exchanged from nearby Rookie USA store.
