EXCHANGE / RETURN Policy
We at Rookie USA endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed,
However, returns and exchanges are allowed only under the following circumstances:
- If the customer has issues with the size
- If the product delivered is wrong
- If the delivered product does not match the item in the order confirmation
- If the product has a manufacturing defect
For the above-given circumstances, the return policy is as follows:

- Customers can also inform customer care at WhatsApp number +91-9711084717 between 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm or by email at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product, failing which the return will not be initiated.
- The customer shall return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, failing which the return will not be considered.
- All the tags and barcodes affixed to the products must be intact; the product must be in unused condition and should not be washed.
- The sales invoice must be sent along with the products, failing which the company shall not be liable to process any return.
- In the case of a bulk order, if there are one or two products that are wrong in size, wrongly delivered, or have manufacturing defects, then only that particular product has to be returned.
- The customer shall be informed of the quality result within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product from the customer.
- In case the size of the product is incorrect, the customer shall be delivered the same product in the correct size. (Subject to availability of the product)
- In case the quality results determine that the product is wrongly delivered, then the customer shall be delivered the ordered product. (Subject to availability of the product)
- If the quality result determines that there is no manufacturing defect, then the same product shall be returned to the customer. (Subject to availability of the product)
- In case the quality result determines that there is a manufacturing defect, the customer shall be delivered with the fresh stock of the ordered product. (Subject to availability of the product)
- In any of the above situations, if we are unable to deliver the product, then the customer shall be issued a credit code with 1-month validity from the date of issue, which can be redeemed on rookieindia.com only.
- In cases of damaged, incorrect, or missing products received by the customer, an unboxing video is mandatory.
- Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- If a reverse pick-up service is unavailable for a particular address or pin code, the customer must use a local courier service for the return. In such instances, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
- The return retrieval and exchange request will be scheduled for the initial delivery address.
- Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores.
- Cash Return/Bank transfer is not applicable on discounted products.
- We accept order cancellation requests only if the order has been placed and not shipped.
- For PREPAID or COD orders, if you request a cancellation within 24 hours, you will receive a refund. If the cancellation is made after 24 hours, a gift card will be provided instead.
- The customer can make the cancellation request by informing customer care at WhatsApp number +91-9711084717 between 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We at Rookie USA reserve the right to change the policy from time to time without prior intimation to the customers. Prior transactions between Rookie USA and the customer shall continue to be governed by the policy existing at the time of the original transaction.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.

- Enter the coupon code in the Discount code column and click apply.
- The coupon amount will automatically reflect in your bill.
